We are currently hiring highly skilled AWP (Aerial Work Platform) or Forklift Technicians to join our reputable clients across Australia. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Perform r outine and preventative maintenance on AWPs and forklifts
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams to perform accurate repairs
- Dismantle, repair, or replace defective components using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments
- Fit and assemble metal parts and subassemblies for machines and equipment
- Conduct operational maintenance, overhaul, and repair of machines and hydraulic systems
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance, inspections, and repairs
- May erect and install machines or equipment on-site when required
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 3 years’ work experience in any of the following roles: AWP Technician, Forklift Technician, Hydraulic Technician, General Fitter, or similar
- Experience in mechanical fitting, assembly, machining, and disassembly of machinery and equipment
- Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
- Good English communication skills
- Ability to provide employment references and salary evidence (e.g., payslips, reference letters)
🎓 Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma and vocational diploma or short course certificate in a related field
- Minimum of 3 years' relevant work experience
