Common tasks that you may perform include:
- Lead, motivate, and manage the restaurant team to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Oversee daily operations including inventory, staffing, scheduling, and cleanliness.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with food safety, health, and sanitation standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Train, coach, and develop team members to meet performance standards.
- Manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability.
- Ensure the restaurant meets company quality, service and cleanliness standards.
- Drive marketing initiatives and local promotions to boost sales.
- Minimum of 5 years’ working experience as General Restaurant Manager in an international fast food chain.
- Proven experience in managing daily operations to optimize efficiency and maintain adherence to established standards.
- Demonstrated experience in managing overall restaurant profitability, driving sales, fostering team development, ensuring food safety compliance, and overseeing operations, all while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Ability to lead and develop a dynamic team, fostering positive and collaborative work environment.
- Good verbal and written English communication skills
- Be able to provide work references and salary evidence
- Bachelor's degree, and at least a vocational diploma, or short course certificate
- Minimum of 5 years' relevant work experience
