We are currently seeking highly skilled Filipino Concrete Batching Plant Operators to join our client’s operations in Australia. If you have a strong background in batching plant operations and are ready for an exciting international opportunity, this role is for you!
⚙️ Key Responsibilities:
- Operate automated and manual batching systems to mix ingredients such as cement, sand, aggregate, and water according to precise specifications
- Monitor and record production data, making adjustments to meet quality standards and production targets
- Conduct concrete testing, calibration, and quality assurance to meet project requirements
- Perform routine maintenance of batching equipment and ensure compliance with safety procedures
- Communicate effectively with production teams, drivers, and site supervisors to coordinate deliveries and workflow
- Minimum 3 years’ proven experience as a Concrete Batching Plant Operator
- Solid understanding of batching operations and concrete mixing techniques
- Proven commitment to high-quality output and operational safety
- Skilled in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Must have the necessary documents to support your visa application, including: valid passport, recent NBI or police clearance, employment references and salary evidence (e.g., pay slips, SSS/PhilHealth records), educational or vocational school records
- High school diploma
- At least a vocational diploma or technical certification in a relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience operating concrete batching plants
